Member Policies

Billing Cycle

Your monthly subscription automatically renews on the date that you originally signed up. For example, if you sign up for a program on the 14th of the month, this will always be your renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within the first week of enrollment, for any reason, you will receive 100% of your money back. You will not be eligible for a refund after the one week period. You are able to cancel at any time via your account, and the steps to cancel your account are listed below.

Step 1: Log into your New Sphere account through this link: My Account

Step 2: In the top right click on the User Icon, then `Manage Subscription`. From there you will be able to see active subscriptions. Click the cancel button.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds outside of the first week of enrollment. If you are dissatisfied with our classes within your first week, please contact to cancel and request the refund.

Membership Changes

You are free to change teachers or class times at any point throughout your membership. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, often within two business days. If we are unable to fulfill your request we will do our best to provide alternative options.

Vacation/Missed Session Policy

We do not offer refunds for vacations or missed classes due to scheduling purposes. Your active subscription secures your child’s spot in the session with the instructor. We love our instructors and want to provide them with a consistent schedule! If the time session no longer works for you and your schedule, please email to request another time session.

Make Up Session Policy

You may request a makeup session for a class that is missed by emailing The session will be approved only if there is space in that time.

Subscriptions are Automatically Renewed

All subscriptions are automatically renewed. If your account is on manual renewal and requires attention, our support team will assist you in managing the subscription to automatically renew.
