Where is my order?
Our distance learning services are delivered via Zoom. Upon subscribing to a membership you will be contacted by our Enrollment Success Team to pick a class time that works best for your schedule. After you’ve made a selection they will add you to that classes roster so you can begin to receive class messages and invites to sessions.
We operate a 100% money back guarantee during your first week of service. If our services fail to meet your expectations we will refund you the full amount paid.
After your first month of service, you need to ask for a refund within 7 days of your renewal payment. For instance if your renewal is Jan 1st, then can ask for a refund through Jan 8th.
